For long he was paying so much and couldn't cope because his DISCO's have given him bills in hundreds of thousands before he decided to get a metre. So he was already owing too much so as he recharges they take from it. He refused to bypass because he said he consciousness wouldn't permit him. I laughed at him, he is a Christian and likewise me then I told him that when it comes to NEPA I don't even have conscience because they don't have towards us. One have to be smart in life otherwise you will suffer because the system is so brutal that you have to be brutal too.
BTW he told me that later he started bypassing.

He is d.ft for letting marking scheme out in the first place.

In my days, marking schemes were prepared after the paper had been written

Otilo for lecturer, HoD and any other person directly involved. The lecturer may be suspended if care is not taken. The others may be placed on half salary. The HoD is supposed to vet question papers after submission. If had done this properly, they should have spotted the mistake or anomaly on time.

Stop talking about things you know nothing about. The lecturer is supposed to submit the questions alongside the answers and that is standard procedure

The fault was most likely the fault of the exam officer.
How will you punish the lecturer and the HOD when they didn't make any mistakes.

That girl deserves a scholarship to the highest academic level she so wishes, at any university of her choice anywhere in the world.

my major concern is the lady on black dress that found it hard to express herself in good english. i saw the struggle written all over her face,the switch to pidgen english was a big relief to her. a uni student for that matter.

Nothing like losing your soul anything there. Some of you are just suffering yourself for nothing. God will not tell you to do some certain things if you like no get wisdom you can suffer.
