elitper:Lol... I can assure you that Villa has a special electricity supply, just like Abuja Airport has. Asokoro benefits from this supply line. Constant electricity is normal here (23-24 hours a day). The reason solar electricity is mooted at the Villa is because they need complete 24 hours supply, every single day! Not like they don't normally get it, it's just that it's not an everyday thing |

I doubt that obasanjo laid a good foundation for power by privatising NEPA but yaradua messed things up came and reversed it. Yaradua only saw NEPA as an office where his fellow northerners can make money from ejimatic: |

LordBiden:Even if someone was to dash Nigeria that 5 trillion right now for electricity purposes… it won’t still be possible… unless you give that money to foreigners entirely to help us fix the light without any Nigerian involved will there even be slight hope |
| Re: At 36, I Have Never Experienced 24-Hour Electricity In Nigeria – Sarz by YellowbaMoslem: 7:56am On Mar 04 |
LordBiden:Nigeria have 5 trillion. Our yearly inflated budget is about 50 trillion naira of which 30 trillion will be embezzled. They can decide to use 5 trillion for electricity and embezzle 25 trillion, but they will never. You know why? Because people like you full Nigeria . |

Ironfaceman:You have only one life to live. Please install a solar solution and you will never remember that public power exist. It looks expensive due to the initial cost but when you calculate the cost of the alternative power source, you won't look back. |

That's your problem. To be frank my brothers and sisters. I swear to God for like 10years I have been enjoying weeks without NEPA taking light in my area not to talk about 24 or 48 hours. Light plenty here for my area. Maybe na your side no get light because una no dey pay light bill. |

| Re: At 36, I Have Never Experienced 24-Hour Electricity In Nigeria – Sarz by gabicon: 8:41am On Mar 04 |
Ironfaceman:24hr electricity is not the issue. Majority of Nigerians can't afford 24hr electricity, that is a fact. If you don't believe it go and ask the people in Aba who geometric energy was supplying 24hrs electric, it started from him jubilation to groaning on crazy bills. Even abroad, you will hear saying like "we live to pay bills", utilities are not cheap. I think we should concentrate on better purchasing power, so we can afford better utilities. |

DeltaBachelor:Back in the 90s living in rayfield jos plateau State we had light 24/7 the only time power went off is maybe when they want to shut it down for maintenance and they will announce it on radio before doing so , or when it's raining heavily with lightning strikes , it was a private company though (NESCO) not NEPA |
