Firstly Iran and Israel both Agreed to the cease fire because Israel especially realized that they had underestimated Iran and need to get more prepared before hitting back both sides would prefer ceasefire at that point in time than incurring heavy losses on both sides....not to mention US would've gotten involved if Iran didn't agree to stand down.

Secondly....Iran doesn't have the capability to annihilate Israel so stop deceiving yourself.

And lastly are you denying the obvious that Iran has made it clear that nothing but the annihilation of Israel and America would satisfy it?.
