At a point in their career especially when both served in Lagos State, Disu was at a higher rank than Frank Mba. Frank had a speedy promotion under Buhari Govt and now Disu has a speedy promotion under Tinubu administration. Meaning Tunji Disu joined NPF as a graduate while Frank Mba joined as an OND holder.
