Jamb keeps debiting me but I still can't print my admission letter.

I have an issue with my name

The names on my NIN and jamb profile does not align with the one on my waec and neco certificate. For example:
The name on my waec certificate is
Daniel Ese Naomi
And the one on my nin and jamb profile is Daniel Eseoghene Naomi.

Before I wrote jamb, I tried correcting my NIN name so it could tally with my waec and neco result, but they couldn't find my information on their system. Despite waiting for a couple of weeks. And I had no choice but to register like that. Now I just graduated August this year but clearance has not commenced fully. Where can I make corrections as I am totally confused on what to do now.

If the name on your NIN is correct. Do a court affidavit, keep it handy.

Then, apply for a change of name at JAMB.

The journey is different if the name on your KAMB and institution is correct but NIN is not.

JAMB admission letter printing issues are almost always a payment gateway problem even when the debit goes through successfully.
Here is what to do:
Wait 24-48 hours first; most failed gateway transactions reverse automatically, and the payment status updates on its own.
If it does not reverse, visit the nearest JAMB CBT centre with your transaction ID and bank debit alert as proof.
The CBT centre staff can escalate payment reconciliation directly to JAMB on your behalf.
You can also call JAMB directly on 07088408070 or email jamb@jamb.gov.ng with your transaction details.

Do not keep attempting payment on the portal; multiple failed attempts can complicate the reconciliation process.

If you have issues going for NYSC or getting your Exemption letter as a result of issues with JAMB Change of name.
