In Christian marriage, the only ground for divorce is immorality. Matt. 19:9. To God, they are still married. They should have held regular family worship together, perhaps that would have facilitated reconciliation.

Both of them are not serious. They didnt date at-all? They didnt discuss that before tying the knot? They are just fanatics. I am a muslim and my wife is a Christian. The children will follow what their mind tell them. Will never force anything on anybody. My job is to train and give them quality education to the highest they want to reach, not to give them religious doctrines. They will decide that themselves.

In Christianity, that's the rule, when you marry a woman from another church, she's obligated to switch to her husband church, this enhance bonding, and unity, what I see here is that the woman don't love the man, she just married the man just for marriage sake.
