🔹 Responsibilities

✅ Generate & manage new business leads
✅ Develop & maintain client/partner relationships
✅ Negotiate contracts & close deals
✅ Analyze market trends for growth opportunities
✅ Streamline internal operations for efficiency
✅ Coordinate sales & partnership activities
✅ Monitor performance & prepare reports
✅ Support management on business growth strategies

✅ Requirements

✔ 3+ years experience in Business Development, Operations, or related role
✔ Strong strategic, analytical & interpersonal skills
✔ Experience in sales, partnerships & growth initiatives
✔ Ability to make data-driven decisions
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office
✔ Strong multitasking & organizational skills
✔ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
