if private organisations can do background check to ensure they have the right fit in their establishments, this should be easier for government agencies established for investigation purposes.

He was a minister. When you're a minister from the south especially you're supposed to have a BSc at least. Especially minister of science and technology or something scientific. He apparently lost his previous certificate in a fire. I can't even find mine and I graduated many years after Tinubu from a US university. I still have my transcript.

Go and read the court transcripts.
On the drug charge, I'm actually feeling generous today.

If I were Mr Uche Nnaji, I would have quietly gone back to UNN to sit for the carryover and then graduate peacefully with authentic certificate instead of forging a university certificate and then NYSC certificate.
