Now Judiciary is working but if the Judgment is otherwise, you will be hearing Tinubu has strangulated judiciary. |

IJAYA001:Atiku released a statement and called it victory for democracy. These clowns 🤡🤡 whenever judgement or results go in their favour, they remember there's democracy in Nigeria but if it's the other way round, they will say democracy is dead in Nigeria or begin to insult the same judiciary. That's why these bunch of opposition are best described as social media entertainers, just enjoy their wailing on social media and move on to the next chapter. |

Putindbutt:"Democracy is dead" or "Victory for Democracy" depends on whether a court judgement favours your political party or not ![]() |

Putindbutt:I concurred with you 100%, entertainer is their real name. |

But why is the APC hell bent on destabilising any party that shows a sign of formidable opposition? Or is it because Peter Obi joined ADC that they became jittery? |
| Re: ADC: Court Dismisses Suit Challenging David Mark, Aregbesola, Others Leadership by Jd10k(m): 6:30am On Mar 07 |
Urgent1Million:So it was APC that asked them to Hijacked a polical party instead of forming a viable political party. When they lost at the Appeal Court don't come here that judiciary is dead o |

Urgent1Million:Who is peter OBI? An dull man that couldnt organize or coordinate a small party. However,Old ADC exco sued the new hijackers, not APC. You people should stop centering your persecutory delusions around one APC,it makes you look so irresponsible and childish |

The only time the people of Nigeria will enjoy governance in Nigeria is when the electoral power returns to the masses devoid of elections rigging and judiciary manipulation to be able to elect their leaders. |

There was serious protests against her and she is one of the 'Wike' judges so she succumbed. A similar case with the PDP last year, she ruled in favour of the Wike faction. Investigation has started, why you no go mellow. |

IJAYA001:Wil you lets hear word, How is ADC internal matter and PDP is not Is it not the same uselezz judiciary that has being toying with PDP compounding the problem with various judgement If not that Tinubu is Backing WIke ..how is it possible for a man that holds minister position to torn pdp apart In Lagos for over 30yrs what is Tinubu style does he allow opposition to stand, is it a coincidence he at the central now and every opposition is having leadership tussels |

Putindbutt:As u are supporting this admistration just know that currently the formal vice governor is also supporting this admistration and was given rice to share to his people but bandit kidnap his father and kill him.nigeria happens to him as a result of insecurities |

Putindbutt:Atiku or No atiku ... Is it not victory for Democracy that opposition stand Does it not bother you since Tinubu became president ... almost all the opposition are in disarray, Tinubu said you cant blame people for abandoning a sinking ship, in sincerity to your loved ones who sank the other ship Remove Tinubu support to Wike, can he single handedly drown pdp |

A coalition opposition that was formed yesterday is already in court over leadership crisis! Wonders, they say....never ends! Are these people really ready for 2027 or they need some time to go settle their differences? |
| Re: ADC: Court Dismisses Suit Challenging David Mark, Aregbesola, Others Leadership by callthefred: 8:20am On Mar 07 |
I think the judgement is faulty. The tenure of the former exco ended since 4 years and they remained in position. Even Abure whose tenures ended and conducted an election was later removed. I think the appeal or SC will say otherwise because you really can't build something on nothing. |

ezekins:And you assumed your opinion and wishes leader is Nigerians leader? Dey play . If you continuing supporting political failure till dine you will still believe Nigerian have no good leader till you expire on this earth . |

| Re: ADC: Court Dismisses Suit Challenging David Mark, Aregbesola, Others Leadership by Tareq1105: 8:41am On Mar 07 |
reddingtonblack:It doesn't bother me. You know why? It's the Govs that are defecting that can explain themselves. Tinubu was the only Gov of AC for 4 years and Obasanjo did everything possible to make him defect to PDP, Obasanjo intimidated, frustrated him and denied Lagos State its Allocations yet Tinubu stood his ground. The rest is history today. So let the Govs tell Nigeria and Nigerians what is pushing them around. |

[quote author=IJAYA001 post=138688320]Now Judiciary is working but if the Judgment is otherwise, you will be hearing Tinubu has strangulated judiciary. What do you want me to say when it becomes obvious that the judges are arm twisted with your HOOVER FILES ON THEIR PREVIOUS DISGRACEFUL CONDUCTS to rule in your favour?. You think we don't know how you do it? Judges have already protested in their inner caucus and are revolting as American has pledged to support them going forward if they rule according to the law and their conscience 🤣😜. So, bring it on!!.😏 |

IJAYA001:Isn't it far better to entertain on social media than kidnapping innocent school children and sponsoring terrorists as a strategy to win elections? |
| Re: ADC: Court Dismisses Suit Challenging David Mark, Aregbesola, Others Leadership by Mrexcell(m): 12:28pm On Mar 07 |
Jd10k:Anyway is a way wether forming a new party or hijacking an existing party as long as no crime was committed in the process. The supreme court has made it very clear several times that courts has no business in the internal affairs of political parties so on what basis is the appeal court going to rule against this judgment. |
| Re: ADC: Court Dismisses Suit Challenging David Mark, Aregbesola, Others Leadership by Mrexcell(m): 12:38pm On Mar 07 |
callthefred:The court has also ruled on that case previously and the former chairman and his exco won. |
| Re: ADC: Court Dismisses Suit Challenging David Mark, Aregbesola, Others Leadership by Mrexcell(m): 12:47pm On Mar 07 |
Tareq1105:The former pdp governors obviously saw how tinibu and wike is using the judiciary to destroy the pdp and knew that getting a second term in office while still in the pdp is becoming almost impossible that's obviously why they are all defecting other top politicians are defecting to avoid prosecution watch them all defect back to the pdp immediately the apc loose next year's presidential election. There's no ideological alignment just political survival. |
