Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) navy has launched a drone attack on the al-Dhafra airbase in the United Arab Emirates, according to the Tasnim news agency.

A US satellite communication centre, early warning and fire control radars were hit, the report said.

Al Jazeera could immediately verify the statement. The UAE has not commented on this yet.
