hoover420:Yes. By far a better deal. |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by Unfaized: 2:41pm On Mar 07 |
hoover420:Yes. Haisic 12v 1.5kva Haisic 12v 4kwh lithium battery or contact Mrreed for his build, high quality too. There's also a Haisic 12v 1.5kva/4kwh all in one system too. I think 650k or more, contact Dam5rey for quote. These are far better deals for your budget. |

Unfaized:Okay, I think I’ll go for the Haisic 12v 1.5kva/4kwh all in one system, I prefer that. Thanks |

good day everyone, i hope you are all doing good. please i need advise on how i should “design” my setup with a budget of 900-1m (including workmanship). i want a 24v system with a DIY battery (i have mrreed on my mind) but the headache i’m currently facing now is choosing between an hybrid inverter (1.5kva) or a pure sine wave sachet inverter (3000watts) because of my budget. i want something that can allow me put on my hisense table top fridge (95ltrs) during top peak sun hours while still having my laptop plugged in, phones, a fan (that eats up 92w), 4 akt bulbs and a washing machine in the future (if it can conveniently consume the load but not a deal breaker). p.s: i live in the ground floor of a storey building, i do not plan to charge the battery with input from electricity at all. thanks for all your responses 🙏 |

AyobamiOluwole:Hope you've watched a teardown video of cworth batteries or their capacity tests? I recommend their inverters but never their lithium batteries. |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by Trippledots(m): 6:38pm On Mar 07 |
Unfaized:That's with a 410w panel. I think it's fair. |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by Trippledots(m): 6:40pm On Mar 07 |
Unfaized:@bolded, I agree. |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by Trippledots(m): 6:43pm On Mar 07 |
hoover420:Not sure the battery in the haisic is full capacity, but it's still a better deal than the ecoflow. Although the ecoflow had app and some neat monitoring from your phone. |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by Trippledots(m): 6:56pm On Mar 07 |
hardeycute:Not sure you've been attended to, here's my take: 1.5kw Bread hybrid inverter - 230k (good to have an option to charge with grid or gen, when needed) 3.8kwh lithium -mr reed- ~450k 4 * 580w clean used panels (with screen cracks)- 360k 4 * 620w new Jinko panels- 488k Workmanship and labour is between you and installer. Good thing, you can( and should) increase your panels as time goes on, since you are totally off grid. Reach out to me for the panels and inverter if you may. |

tziz:You obviously don't get the logic. Whether BUYing brand new or USEd cable / wire that's sold in measurements (Yards / Meters), I walk in and ask for the cable of my choice. I would have the tape inside my down pocket (me dey wear 3-quarter shorts enter market) or in my bag BUT of course you wouldn't know. So you show me your cables, along with their prices; I show you the one I want, you tell me your price, we do some negotiations if need BE and I tell you the length I want e.g 25meter or 20yards or whatever. After you done measuring and probably about packaging it, me would ask you once again "Shey e complete; You Sure ?" to which you respond YES along with whatever you choose to add to your woords. Me would dip my hands into my pocket BUT rather than money coming out, na measuring tape go come out. I go use am measure the wire and if e short, I show you. If you like call the enntire market to come and see where you did your measurement, how it's same spot you've been using for donkey years, me go just dey look you like Buhari. Last last, you go complete am for me or I walk away. These people fit comot 21feet from 25meter yards of 16mm copper cable. Imagine how much loss be that. |

Trippledots:those apps are nothing but synthetic sugar. na means to collect person money. Any system that gives no room for growth ain't worth the investment |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by bassdow: 7:12pm On Mar 07 |
hardeycute:Go for either a Hybrid or standard inverter. Leave the sachet inverter alone. Go for a used inverter. For solar panels, target minimum of 450w to 500w solar panels so future upgrades are neater. Go for 3kva inverter minimum or even 3.5kva. Got someone looking to sell for upgrades if you're in Lagos / Ogun state or wanna do wayBill |

Trippledots:thanks for your reply. i want to be off grid (of course with load management in mind), i live in an area under BAND E so i don’t think i would be having opportunities for that and i do not like the idea of charging my battery with a gen. is that the new battery price for a 24v with mrreed? thanks |

osayuwamwen:Solar panels made me download their app and registered, but then I started seeing bad reviews about them everywhere concerning how they take too long to deliver items u paid for and how Der customer care team is very poor. What was ur Exp like? |

| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by tziz(m): 10:43pm On Mar 07 |
Ninaffivadit:Exactly. I went Tru a thread dedicated to them in this forum and it was really discouraging. After I registered, I got a call from there Rep the next day; asking when I'am making a purchase on the platform, I just told her I dnt think I will; considering the ill reviews I'am seeing everywhere. She went on to say I should try them by purchasing something small like a Bulb and see if they dnt deliver in time, Omo, I told her to leave me fess abg. Lol |

It doesn't take long if u made payment once, it is only when you are doing pay small small, and you spread your Payment to like 12months so u will have to wait for like 6months which is half of your payment time frame before your item will be delivered to you then you can now pay the remaining half within the remaining times, I bought 4 of my jinko 535watt bificial panel at fouani when I went back a month later to buy the remaining 3 they were already at of stock so I later bought the remaining 3 from cdcare, with 2 month installment plan as am talking to you am still owing then money for 1 panel but all the panels are here with me am installing them 2moro, cdcare is safe them go parkage your panel well with wood to avoid dent or scratch ) tziz: |
