But for your question...

Before party form there's always an internal constitution that governs the party.
Any person wey want join must agree to follow constitution or else face the consequences..

That was what survived PDP until Wike push the party to go for open party elections and Atiku won when it wasn't the time for North according to the constitution...
That cause a rift..

Everything starts from party constitution..
It will answer all this questions because all this will be factored into it.

When all this is agreed in the party..
Inec and court has no choice..
