No, bro.
Boss, I registered with Zedcrest on Thursday night. My profile is on 60% completion. Just the address verification which I also uploaded my utility bill at the same time. The whole of Friday; there was no notification that it had been verified. Still no change as of this message.

My concern is that this is usually a litmus test as to how these companies are efficient and reliable.

Does it take this long with Zedcrest for address verification??
Re: Equity Investment. by Nobody: 5:47am On Mar 07
@Uberchic1 should guide you on this issue; however, kindly reach out to their customer care service. Furthermore, I did not subscribe to Zedcrest, as I am unable to download the app from my location. Presently, I only have accounts with CardinalStone, Zenith, Zrosk, and Paramount for my equity.

I noticed a Zedcrest rep on this thread. Hahaaaa, fear of the unknown—our money won't vanish. Try and watch this clip in your free time, chief. It's a financial clip with details on how to build an investment portfolio.

Watched it and it was very instructive. Nice one

Address verification takes several working days. You initiated it on Friday, be patient. You can send them a msg on twitter if you're unhappy about the delay. They respond. If you're not comfortable with waiting for verification or having to reach out to cs, then just do Cardinal Stone instead. Their's is instant, I believe.

Lol you are right. They should have official reps here.
I used to think equity is where you put money and wake up and it vanishes. Come to find out there’s even a +|_ 10% daily shield on upside and losses.
This is the critical info most people don't know and are not even wanting to understand

I do not understand why even some bank staff discourage people from even MMF.... talking about insurance bla bla bla..

I had that same fear.... infact....I started with fixed deposit @7% ....then migrated to Tbills......MMF.....Equity

I first read about MMF from Facebook but didn't bother...I later decided to search for info on Google and landed in Nairaland from there.....

But this thread ultimately led me into investing in equity....

Banks dont want to loose money lol. Funny enough they take people’s deposit and do thesame thing they are advising others against.

Fixed deposit and MMF have thesame underlying instruments. Lets say the Bank gets 14% in the market, they keep 7% and offer the customer 7%, whereas the customer could have gotten the entire 14% if they were informed.

This ARM ethical fund n ARM aggressive income fund on palmpay,, who does it here pls.. equitym any advice on them pls
Re: Equity Investment. by Nobody: 12:08am On Mar 08
Nigerian banks are nuts, and every naira in your account goes immediately to other channels to make extra cash for them. They are not joyful if a customer makes an inquiry about MMF, as it will be a loss for their shady system. Nowadays, I only have like 2k and 3k in my bank account; I basically use the FirstAlly MMF and savings as my bank now. Moreover, I saw on the news yesterday a man being robbed of 10m in front of the bank. Literally, who keeps that amount in a bank? Even though I need to make a huge transaction, I would rather use online channels.

Mental laziness has a price. The things we say on this thread, on a normal day, they aren’t fun and it stresses the brain, but it’s the price to build wealth. These days i see every free money as capital and it gives me more joy to transfer to my wallet than spending on stuff.

It’s an emotional moment when you get to a point where the monthly returns on your capital can take of your monthly expenses. The realization that you dont have to work anymore can make you shed a tear. Something in your head would just scream, “Finally, i won the money game”

I'm not sure about ARM; however, I think they are doing well. Check the SEC factsheet on pages 70-71 to view their recent performance.

https://sec.gov.ng/for-operators/keep-track-of-capital-market-data/net-asset-value-data/weekly-net-asset-value-for-cis/2026-weekly-nav-for-cis/

ARM's YTD does not correspond with what they have on their website. For equity, go with Zedcrest, Paramount, or Zrosk. These are the top three equity fund managers as of 27/02/2026.

What is your risk level? Are you comfortable seeing your money dance awilo? How much do you want to invest? Furthermore, this is a high-risk investment; it takes a lot of time and patience. Once you provide the answers, I will tell you which app you can download.

Honestly Bro. Watch them frustrate withdrawal efforts once its a huge amount and they know its for MMF. Even worse when your account officer knows you are abroad.

Alright, try Paramount and CardinalStone. 50k each. Download Investnaija and CS Alpha on the Play Store.

This platform gives me joy daily ....because with the right financial education, poverty will eventually be defeated.

Besides,I use Piggyvest for annual safelock and cowrywise app for my naira mutual funds...I think the two app are also good for those making enquiries about app to invest.

I invested on the Aggressive mutual funds (there are 5 different funds under aggressive).

Zedcrest is holding the 1st position for now. For Investnaija, use ChatGPT to get the figures it's requesting. Lastly, CS is also doing well.
