Dad had almost all the Awo's book. I also benefitted from free public library, part of his education legacy

There are actually free public library in every state but people are not aware

The Great Awo himself. Not the fake ones and the one at Aso rock calling themselves Awoists when they dont have anything in common with the late Sage.

Awo's colloquim was held days back at Ikenne with Govornor Seyi Makinde as the lead speaker. None of the so called Awoists parading the SW were there. The ones that put their people in poverty and misery while using the name of the late Sage

Unfortunately that legacy is now dead.

The visionary leadership style of the great Awolowo is now replaced by Baba Sope politics of handouts.

The current crop of Yoruba leaders have so abandoned education that Southwest region is now the least educated region after the north.

Or tell me why we visited Ibadan and went to eat at Amala Sky at Bodija and all the girls working there neither spoke nor understood basic English or even pidgin. The manager was the one interpreting to them. And I’m talking about grown up girls o that are working in the heart of the city of Ibadan.

You can’t find anything like that anywhere in Southeast nor Southsouth.

So, Awolowo’s legacy is dead - unfortunately.

They all just rode on the back of Awo’s name to achieve their political ambitions.

You guys no dey tire, ni? Always dxxx measuring with yorubaland.
According to you, Awo's legacy is dead and buried but Zik's legacy is alive and thriving in the Ss & the Se as if, una be siamese twins.

No one gives a d.a xx about your (unsurprisingly) negative opinions of the late sage and the Sw even, when we all are aware of how many of your fathers and relatives benefitted from his visionary leadership for his people.

So, you went to one eatery in Ibadan (the biggest city in africa) and none of girls working could not speak nor understand english and you quickly concluded tha Awo's legacy ( in the Sw) is dead! Geez!! See your life!!!

This is not true. I live in Ibadan and even pepper sellers can understand basic English without anyone interpreting for them. Their grasp of the language may be shaky but what you portrayed is a lie. You need to grow up, please

Can you go to Amala Sky at Bodija and tell me sincerely what your experience is?
