chopnaira:Even when we have crude oil in abundance I'm this country. Do you guys supporting this government think everyone is as dumb as you guys. Do you think we can't think again since your lord and saviour is in power. So the government cannot adjust and use part of the excess money from crude to cushion for the masses. I don't blame you guys. You all know you will rig yourself in no matter what. |

drstranged:Crude oil is traded. When oil price goes up globally, extration booms locally, but refineries still have to pay global market prices for that crude oil. The cost is passed down to final consumers at the gas station. |

Alm this people should go and sit down, they are just alarmist fir nothing......it's in record that dangote gets his crude from America to balance up what he gets from nnpcl....shipment from America to Nigeria has nothing to do with the strait of horizon, also China cargo traffic to West Africa has nothing to do with that place......all this people are just taking people for a ride. This matter can be settled in a matter of weeks and all open needs do is increase output to mitigate the shortfall...... |

Greed is the problem here, instead of using the excess money coming from this crisis, since we are now making more money above the budget price. Some will corner this monies to loot and to campaign in the next election |

| Re: Petrol Price May Hit N1,800 In Nigeria- Refiners Warn by ufotunang: 4:53pm On Mar 08 |
If the naira had appreciated, strengthen and have value against the dollars.. like if the exchange rate is from 400 Naira to a dollar the price of fuel will be at least 250 naira toa litre even with the Iran USA war and the increase in crude oil price to 100 dollars per barrel The exchange rate also determines the prices of fuel |

drstranged:lt's all about the laws of demand and supply sir. When supply is low and demand is high, which is currently happening all thanks to Pedo Trump, prices will naturally go up. Even if the oil markerters already have enough stock before prices went up, of course they will happily increase prices to tally with the current global market prices because in capitalism, it's all about the Benjamins baby ![]() Make una continue worshipping Trump as una Messiah una hear, Ndi Ara!!! I even heard that his little son Barron bought $30 million dollars worth of shares in some of the biggest oil companies in the world just before the war began. So by now dude should be smiling to the bank, while Trump supporters are here gnashing their teeth in poverty. In war, the politicians that caused the war and their families and cronies, plus oil companies and arms companies all smile to the banks, while their soldier pawns die in the battlefields and the rest of the world suffer. Just know this and know peace!!! |

That means Dangote and his fake refinery is useless to Nigeria. Why will the closure of strait of Hormuz affect Nigeria's petrol price when Nigeria have crude oil and have a supposed biggest refinery in the world? |
| Re: Petrol Price May Hit N1,800 In Nigeria- Refiners Warn by drstranged: 4:54pm On Mar 08 |

omoredia:The oil was used to collect loan for years ahead. So, as we speak, the oil doesn't belong to you. Not now. Not in the next 20 years. This is why they are paying Tompolo to make sure we don't touch the oil that has been used to collect loan. It belongs to outsiders. |

Hmm. Anyway. This war won't last forever as things will return to the way it was. Atleast, nobody will blame the FG for the hike in fuel prices. Trump and Iran are the ones responsible for this. |

Time to nationalize Dangote oil and make a litre 400. It's possible...but class for itself will not agree. |
