Government can take a drastic step and reduce the price of fuel for her citizens whereas a private business refinery wouldn't dare try that at all. It's like a father doing all possible to help his children but an outsider wouldn't do that at all......

This is the stage we hate to think about ever since Dangote refinery came into existence.....
