The beauty of it is that the longer they stay in the National Assembly, the more experience they gain in lawmaking and governance. Over time, they become more familiar with legislative procedures, policy debates, and the workings of government. For example, in the United States, many lawmakers spend decades in Congress, and that experience often helps them perform their duties more effectively. However, the level of corruption in the country often makes it difficult for people to fully trust them anyway. |
