[quote author=peleson1 post=138711457]This judgement is a terrible twist and must not be allowed to stand . The criminal legal system being operated by APC is very dangerous. If PDP had behaved this way ,all the legal battles ACN won in South west that made them and Tinubu gather some strength to form a good opposition wouldn't happen so why are they using court to kill and destroy democracy in Nigeria? Why will they call something that is white black ? This is a disgrace But if same thing happens in APC ,the court will rule in favour of APC that it's an internal APC affairs so court can not interfere What a country E yah!!! Sorry, we can feel your pains. It is not easy bros! May God comfort you.🤣 |

fergie001:The two governors are leaders in PDP and wike has been suspended/expelled alongside anyaneu so why did the appeal court keep silent on Wike's suspension and expulsion ? Is it not to give him the advantage ? |
| Re: Appeal Court bars INEC from validating PDP's Ibadan National Convention by fergie001(mod): 9:33pm On Mar 09 |
peleson1:Wike was expelled by the National Convention. The Appeal Court said the National Convention is a nullity. The suspension was to Anyanwu and co and that was before the National Convention. |

Even the judiciary knows Wike is working for Tinubu. They know he's destroying the party, but they decide to allow themselves to be used as tools against democracy. The judiciary is part of the problems we've in Nigeria. |

fergie001:So in effect , the PDP made an error in their judgement? So why does he keep escaping hammer ? Anyway let the supreme Court deliver the final ruling and do justice to the matter . I think the PDP should get a court order stopping the wike group from parading themselves as PDP and stopping the use of PDP in their kangaroo jamboree of a silly convention |

peleson1:The BoT is the conscience of the Party. They do not hold any Executive Authority except advisory. There is a palpable vacuum in the Party. |

fergie001:So in your best opinion, what do you suggest? It's a flat tire already but what do you suggest. The courts have become criminal under APC . Would oshomole ever become governor under such conditions if PDP had played the type of politics we see today? Gej didn't criminalise the court against opposition parties as we see Tinubu and APC doing . Oshomole and other acn governors won their mandate via courts under gej While the attorney general would boldly tell gej he was a constitutional purist Now see them in power . So sad |

peleson1:Affirming the National Convention, automatically sees Wike expelled ...something the Courts and powers-that-be don't want. Wike's role with the Judiciary is not news. So my best advice...don't proceed up there, it's a waste of time. Even INEC is hugely complicit, we all know why. The BoT, though having no executive powers have its Chairman & Secretary as members of NEC. All other BoT members are also members of NEC provided they have no voting rights. They have to write to INEC and force signatures of members to constitute an immediate NEC meeting, give INEC 21 days since there is a vacuum since Damagum left. |

fergie001:They had a meeting yesterday and I assume they were able to come up with that Again, they should do do and issue fresh expulsion letters to wike and co under the new NEC They are even complacent They allow the rogues lots of time to thinker through They should issue expulsion letters to wike and co every week E no matter So every one will know they are not backing down Nothing is left then They already headed to SC |

peleson1:Expulsion can only happen at National Convention..what they can do is suspension and the BoT doesn't have that power. The BoT meeting continues today and they will issue a statement on the way forward. |
