The USSR developed their nukes during the cold war and they also developed the ICBM to boot and the USA did not attempt to stop them despite that they were bitter rivals. Is it now that nine countries have nukes that the USA will use nukes on another country and kill millions of people?. Iran may be chanting Death to the USA and Israel, the USSR did as much but the US will not drop nukes on them for that reason. Israel too will hopefully not do that. The US only used the atomic bomb in 1945 because they invented it in the middle of a war and they were the only ones that had it. It is not the same scenario today.
