That's N150,000 for 65 litres

That's 2k naira per liter where people earn minimum of 3 million naira per month.

It's 1300 naira per liter where people earn 70k per month

1 US gallon is = 3.785+ litres
So 17.25× 3.7859≈65 litres.
Therefore, total sales ≈ 100÷65≈ $1.53 per litre which is not actually true because,the machine was actually dispensing while she was filming.
The average price of petrol in USA is about $0.9/L. Except if she's in california which is around $1.18/L this morning @ some fueling(gas) station.
Remember, she's a content creator, she's just trying to generate traffic and engagements.

$100 to probably to fill the tank,first of all America don't sell fuel per litre, they sell per gallon and it's around $9 -10 bucks per gallon.

The price keeps teasing. It will not reach. If it does, it won’t stay at the point longer than four days. Even if petrol enters 8,000 Naira per litre, cars will still litter roads. Nigerians complain to entertain themselves. Nothing more.

I quite agree with you, but either your Nigerian market price you explained is true or David Bird of Dangote is correct. He said they maintain the global price in Nigerian market because they buy crude oil from Nigeria at the rate of global charges, which means they're buying at internatioalm rate with dollars (I guess).
