Yes, real human beings live in Edo State, real families, real communities, real citizens whose lives and dignity should matter.

But what do we expect when leadership responsibilities are handed to people whose conduct reflects more of street aggression than the qualities of leadership, respect, dignity, decency, and the political maturity the office demands? When governance begins to look like the domain of ‘’agberos’’, the tone of public behaviour inevitably follows.


And when a state begins to operate under that atmosphere, you will always see all the individuals like this coming out to publicly demonstrate their ‘’mumu-ism’’ mistaking noise and blind loyalty for civic responsibility. Those societal problems you mentioned are largely the result of leadership failure. When leadership lacks discipline, dignity, and direction, society gradually reflects the same decay.

And don't forget, we once heard statements from those who are supposed to be custodians of our tradition saying, “This governor was chosen by the gods of the land.” Such narratives also raises deeper concerns.

This too shall pass.

Have you been to Delta state,River State and bayealsa state.You will see another level of cultism.And,most of their men are drunkards and sperm donor.They go about, impregnating women and getting married to multiple women mostly Delta state.They drink ogogoro to stupor,and they will be shouting "our oyel money "

This kind of politics was introduced by PDP. It's the kind of politics played in the South South. It's headquarters is Delta and Rivers.
So, when people say Obi or Atiku will win Delta, Rivers or Edo, I laugh! Now these states are governed by APC (PDP). Una go see wetin we dey see since 1999.

In fairness to Edolites, they’ve been held hostage by the thugs of APC just like every other state in Nigeria to one degree or another! In the south-east, states like Ebonyi and Imo are suffering the same fate!
