First off, we need to see a proper manifesto before we can start mobilizing. You’d be surprised how much reach we can generate just by word-of-mouth and social media recommendations. Also we don't want a situation like what happens back in my village, where a candidate gets all the support, only to switch off his phone and disappear to Abuja the moment he wins.

Thank you for the question. I believe it is good for people to know what someone has done before talking about future plans.

My background is in teaching, farming and youth development. I currently work as the Director of Vocational Studies at Ultimate Landmark Schools in Abeokuta. In this role, I encourage young people to learn practical skills, not just classroom theory. I always tell students that skills can help them stand on their own and succeed in life.

Apart from teaching, I am also a farmer and a real agriculturist. I believe agriculture is one of the strongest ways to create jobs and fight poverty. Through our Triple A and T idea (Awareness, Action, Accountability and Technology), my team helped develop an integrated farm project in Owo, where we combined farming with practical training so people can learn agriculture and also produce food.

Since 2020, I have also been working on a project called PAIN, which means Poverty Alleviation In Nigeria, The goal is to create opportunities and help reduce poverty. As part of that vision, we introduced PAC Coin, a digital project connected to the Ethereum blockchain.

I am also a co-founder of Life Solutions Network, platform where we share ideas and opportunities that can help people improve their lives.

All these things I have been doing are about helping people grow, learn skills and create opportunities. That same spirit is what I want to bring into public service for the people of Abeokuta North.

Yes, I have had Nairaland accounts in the past. I lost access to them, which is why this current account is new. My earlier username was @topyhanky, which I created around 2016.

Later, I also used another account @safeopportunity, which I created around 2020.
Earlier in this thread, I already shared the links to those old accounts to show my past activities. I would prefer not to repost the links again because repeated links can sometimes lead to a ban or restriction on Nairaland.

If I had the opportunity to represent Abeokuta North in the House of Assembly, three immediate policy priorities I would push to tackle youth unemployment are:

1. Youth Skills & Innovation Development Program

I would advocate for legislation that supports the establishment of community skill and innovation centers where young people can gain practical training in areas such as digital technology, creative industries, agriculture, construction, and vocational trades. Skills must match real economic opportunities.

2. Small Business & Youth Enterprise Support Fund

Many youths have ideas but lack access to startup capital. I would push for policies that create structured micro-grants and low-interest loans for young entrepreneurs, alongside mentorship and business development support.

3. Agriculture & Local Production Empowerment

Abeokuta North has strong agricultural potential. I would promote policies that encourage youth participation in modern agriculture, agro-processing, and local value chains, helping young people move from unemployment into productive enterprise.

These three areas — skills, entrepreneurship, and agriculture — can create sustainable opportunities when properly supported.
But leadership should always listen to the people, which is why I truly value the ideas shared here.
