Haha, I ran through the historical NAV price of the foreign equity fund I want to dive into; it has a lot of red; however, it recovers quickly with higher returns.

Very likely you did not take note of your last balance the day before yesterday. If you do not monitor daily, you may not even notice fluctuations. These things are automated so I doubt anyone can be skipped.

But their unit prices are still up
I was thinking when we start seeing red, unit prices will drop.

Your unit will always stay the same except when you withdraw or top up. The only thing that changes is the NAV price.

My own dey dance awilo. Once my KYC has been approved by my foreign bank, I might go crazy on it. They even have the gold fund that does 67% YTD annually; I'll study it more and see if I should go for it or the equity fund.
