How did they know the person they arrested was a bandit? Most times emotions override critical thinking. The fact that you notice a strange face on your community doesn't mean he's a suspect. In as much as the Nigerian police are not dependable and reliable, however the law still gives them the power to investigate and charge offenders to courts. |
