Polaris bank, keystone and union bank are not expected to meet this as stated by CBN. the banks are under CBN watch so no cause for alarm. POLARIS, KEYSTONE and UNION bank customers should not panic. No bank will be closed for not meeting the capital requirement. what happens is that the banks will move to the band where they can operate |

CBN is not handling this issue appropriately. They should sensitize the masses on the essence of the recapitalization. No bank even opay or monipoint or union bank will be closed because of this exercise |
