IRETI KINGIBE: ADC BACKS INDEFINITE SUSPENSION BY WARD

Barely 24 hours after an indefinite suspension slammed on Senator representing the FCT in the National Assembly, Ireti Kingibe by her Ward in Wuse, the African Democratic Party on Thursday threw its weight behind the action, saying she withheld funds meant for campaigns during the recent Area Council elections.

The party also said she provided an office and later turned back to retrieve it under strange circumstances for no justifiable reasons, adding, QUOTE, "Till date, the ADC FCT is still holding important strategic meetings under trees even when we have a sitting Senator."

Several calls, SMS and WhatsApp messages sent by ARISE News to Senator Ireti Kingibe for response were not replied as at the time of this report.

The Publicity Secretary of ADC, FCT Chapter, Samuel Chukwudi
Nwigbo, in an open letter to all the members of the National Working Committee questioned how a serious party would attempt to go into a major election with a candidate who refused to come openly and campaign for her party in a serious election held under her constituency.

The letter titled, "The Many Sins of Distinguished Senator Ireti and Why her Suspension is Justifiable", was obtained by ARISE News in Abuja.

Go and write it down, ADC coalifusion would not have agents in 30% of the polling units in the country bcoz of lack of funds.
