Go for one with smaller engine not the EW10 engine that is also seen in 406. That one has slightly less fuel economy than the smaller engine.
Make sure a trusted Peugeot mechanic checks it out for you first before you buy it.

Go on JIji you will get a clean registered 08/09 Honda Accord for 4m. Try to search for direct owner selling not car dealers so you can get a good deal and history about the car

The money is too small ..Grow that find, Put the money in a high yield account and lock it for one year...if you are a salary earner go and join contribution..run it for another 1 yr..I bet you, you will get up to 5m and above..

You will get a good Toyota from 5m above that's not problematic..

There's no hurry in life. ..it's better to delay and plan properly than hurry now and cry later..u may not just losses Ur money but loose peace of mind

getting a car directly from the owner is very difficult. i have talked to my colleague who is car dealer and he said if such opportunities comes out, they are always the first to get it
