Some months ago I started having this itching around my anus then along the line it started bring yellowish mucus with bad smell, I later visited a doctor which he gave me antibiotics and a cream to put around there and it went away then came back after about a week. I met another doctor and he gave me worn medicine saying it's worm and I took it but still didn't go. Some times it disappears and I think that's it then suddenly appears and it's making me really uncomfortable. Please doctors in the house what could be the cause and please how do I get rid of it. Please don't ignore

It is likely hemorrhoids. It really has no permanent cure but can be so well managed that you may even forget that you are susceptible to it.
Medications, diet and life style modication will help you. If you are based in Lagos, put your contact on your signature.

Do not worry, it will go but you must avoid the risk factors like beer/alcoholic wine drinking (esp. excessive) , long hours sitting especially on hard surfaces like toilet seat etc.

I'm not based in Lagos but I've avoided a) those things so far

Avoid sugary and spicy foods. Minimize intake of oranges, mangoes and pineapple.

My small suggestion is better to seek immediate doctor or health care expert help. This may helps to avoid future side effects.

I visited two hospitals, one gave me antibiotics and a cream it didn't work and the other gave me worm medicine
