Yes, saying u run from police isn’t the right thing to say even if you’re scared of them. They said they were smelling cannabis on him tho.

When state police comes into being benchmarks of discipline and conduct amongst other things will be set. This absolute monopoly the NPS has is part of the reason reforms within are nigh impossible. There are no standards to emulate.

There will surely be one or two states that will create a police service of international standards and best practices that will make for serious embarrassment at the Federal level.

The worst will be seen when that state police succeeds.
