no the problem is that open crazing of cows 🐄 has been discouraging people from the southern Nigeria from farming, if it’s been grown in the south they will craze their cow there and distroy it they have a plan.

This is not soil-less farming my brother. It requires large arable farmland. That's why they chose north for the experiment. Jigawa is also a bit safer security-wise.

Yes, wheat is already grown in Nigeria.

However, production is limited to the drier and cooler northern states during the harmattan (November–March) in specific high-altitude areas.

It is mainly grown in Borno, Jigawa, Kaduna and Kano states but local production is currently still below 1% of Nigeria's requirements.
