c. Hygiene must be 100%.

2. Chief Smile Officer (Cashier)

a. Sharp, articulate, and friendly.
b. Must be good with numbers and POS handling.
c. Excellent customer service skills are a must.

3. The Fixer (Utility/Steward)

a. Proactive and hardworking.
b. Responsible for keeping the space sparkling clean.
c. General kitchen support.
