Please I need urgent help on my property.
I lost my job last year,and because of that I couldn't finish up my 3 bedroom flat with a selfcon project.
The building is on roofing level.
I have been like this since I lost my job,all the money I saved alittle is finished.
I can't continue like this,I want to sell the building to start business.
Please is it a good risk,alot of persons said I should not sell it,but I can't have a building and be stagnant,I have been like this for almost a year now

First of all, you clearly want to sell it, you just want someone to validate it for you. Since that's what you want to do, why bother seeking validation? I've seen your post before this sha, since Na business you wan float, sell the land with your full chest and go into business, just make sure the business is a feasible one, before you do 2 zero.

Don't sell that building.
Remove your mind from the fact that you have it somewhere. What if it's not there in the first place?

Find alternatives. It's not easy but I knw you can bounce back. All the best.

My location is Benin sir.
Where can I get a loan from that's the problem.
Because I don't know if bank can give me a loan up to 10 million naira
