🥲🥲 i learnt there was a fire on feb 23 in the server room, maybe mine was affected, but what i don’t understand is someone else that our item landed together, cleared 5 days later.

I remember saying i got a transit update on feb 21, 22 mornings, and most of u here said it was just a reminder, i know it wasn’t.

I do get aliexpress offers and promotions msgs but this one different, it led me straight to the tracking page, and after those 2 days, i never got any of the same notification again

Just have some form of hope - seems items have been getting cleared these days - at least, that is some positives so far.

Instead of expressing their annoyance to Aliexpress who's solely responsible for the logistics of their items, they transfer aggression to innocent sellers who have no ideas which carriers Aliexpress would use.
That's too bad! Nothing hurts those guys business like bad ratings, and the repercussions would be felt in the form of 'high shipping fee' or total stoppage of items shipment to our region.

True, even with bad shipping experience, I don't give anything below 4 star, and add "Yet to receive the order" as comment.
Transferring your displeasure to someone who is not the source of your unpleasant experience is not logical.
Funny thing is some of them would not drop a review if they had received their order, but are quick to give a 1 star rating when things go south.

The person in the screenshot actually received his item, yet decided to drop a 3 - star reviews for the store simply because he was yet to test the product.

What he should have done was to confirm receipt of the order immediately and then wait for 2 or more days before adding the reviews (by then, he'd have been through with the testing).

I’m honestly shook, bro. How did he even find time to drop a 3-star review when he hasn’t even tested the thing yet? It makes zero sense. I keep seeing reviews like this from Nigerians - stuff like “It arrived late,” “It arrived fast,” or “Don’t use NIPOST next time.” None of that has anything to do with the actual product! So now, people like me who actually want to know if the item’s worth buying are left guessing. It’s kinda sad - like, five of my countrymen left full-on blank reviews and I still have no clue if this thing even works.

Not supporting such reviews, but comment on delivery issues is part of product review. Only that many are more concerned about their shipping experience rather than actual product

>product rating
>seller communication
>shipping experience.

idk, but what do you think? If ppl don’t actually comment on the shipping/delivery part, some other group of unlucky ppl would just go in and order and wait probably 3 months, the last time i used aliexpress to order was sep 25 and it was speedaf, someone like me who got speedaf last year sep and ordered again this year feb, if i know this would be nipost, i wouldn’t have ordered. Or maybe, coz it was actually the crazy dirt cheap price that made me ordered, lol

All im saying is, ppl gotta leave review on the shipping aspect too
