Hello, so I recently got an appointment with a federal health organization (FMC). I discovered that I was placed on CONHESS 7 step 2, even though I applied with an MSc and over 4 years of experience.

I would like to know about the possibility of regularizing to reflect my current qualifications and if it should be done before starting my documentation, as I was asked to come and start that on Monday.

I suspect that you were not employed into the Healthcare professional cadre.

Entry point for professional cadres is usually done in agreement with their professional groups.

Having M.Sc may not really make much difference in the health sector if you are not a healthcare professional but if you take same M.Sc to tertiary institutions under Federal Ministry of Education, it will really count in your favour.

I'm sure you know that beyond the main healthcare professionals that most people know there's also allied healthcare professionals, who have different schemes of service that dictates the levels individuals should ideally be employed on depending on their qualifications.

I am one of such allied healthcare professional.
