Because we are an oil dependent country with most ot our government revenue coming from less than 2 million BPD. Which is inadequate for a nation our size. Even if we somehow eliminated corruption decades ago

When fuel rose to N1,300 during the subsidy removal, transport fare was increased, then the fuel dropped to 980, transport fare didn't drop. Then it now rose back to the same N1,300, so why are they increasing the fare? What went wrong?
