I agree with everything you are saying but that is for us Nigerians to focus on and demand action over.

When we begin to look for foreign saviours, out of desperation and the belief "Oyinbo" is superior and always right, we exposed ourselves to being used by miscreants and opportunists like "Mike Arnold", a 'ghost' with no history as many white predators in Africa are, who understand they have a unique window of opportunity to scam and abuse us because we worship and trust their white skin and Western background.
