School fees have become unaffordable in tinubu dictatorship regime, the rate of drop outs have sky rocket in tinubu time, lecturers can no longer afford house rent and corruption has taken over his government, in essence tinubu is a failure

Yes this is an achievement for this administration, but they have been a complete and outright disaster in every other aspect. Especially security…God! The thing just annoys me to no end like.

How did we sink this low- Do you know the amount of people that have been kidnapped and even murder in the last three years- we have war time numbers for a country that is not even at war, it’s sickening.

Simple. You accept N100m as ASUU leadership or see beating from thugs loyal to a certain seyi.

I remember we had this topic on the front page some years ago. If it is something other governments always had and Tinubu does not have, it's something to brag about. He can even combine it with the student loan scheme. Instead of talking about achievements or what work they are doing, his people like to argue about 2027. Show workings.

ProvisioDigital:
Following our 2020 comprehensive review of ASUU strikes since Nigeria's independence, we published a 2022 update:

The 2022 ASUU strike is at the moment, the second longest strike in #Nigeria’s history; this has overtaken the 2010-11 strike of 180 days and the 2002-03 strike of 172 days.

By the end of 2022, the number of days lost to the strike will be 320 days, 45-46 days short of a full calendar year and one academic session. In months, the strike will be 6 months, 19 days on September 2; 8 months 18 days by November 1 and 10 months 17 days by December 31.

Gen Z (b 1997 – 2012) is gradually getting close to the Millennials generation (1981 – 1996) as the generation most affected by ASUU strike. The latter lost a total of 1039 days to these strikes. Gen Z has lost 920 days so far.

And some miserable never-do-well election losers whose political Messiah graduated with third class in Philosophy were calling him certificate forger. Who wouldn't prefer a certificate forger that can deliver and ensure that the school calendar was not tampered with over a useless PhD holder under whose reign the university staff were competing with Labour on strike?
At the end of Asiwaju's second term Nigerians will embark on serious fasting and prayer and declare a special lent to convince him to go for third term.

If all this is true sir.... Why is there no strike to protesthuh Especially by the lecturers??..... And also I would like to know where you got the statistics from that proves that school drop outs have actually increased under this administration..... Because I don't understand why someone would drop out when you can easily get a student loan and pay back when you start working... I await your response... Thahs if you would not garnish it with insults

When it's a thread for insecurity, we can blame the government but this threat is actually for education.... Like you said... So far.., they have done well in ensuring that 4 years is 4 years.. Not like previous years where one spends 5 to 6 years in school to study a 4 years course.... The problems of Nigeria is complex and little progress is better than no progress at all... My opinion

16 years and what do they have to show for it? I personally believe that the unions are fighting the wrong battle. They always strike to Increase salary but inflation makes any gains if that, meaningless. They need to change strategy and strike to improve infrastructure and the wellbeing of everyone.

ASUU had about two weeks warning strike October or November last year. Let's be factual

But chances of we having another ASUU strike in four to five years is slim with the latest increment. The lecturers are enjoying Jagaban

Lies.

No students drop out.

Lecturers salaries have been increased.

Students now have monthly stipends paid to them.

No ASUU strike.

Also, NO FUEL QUEUES AT FILLING STATIONS.

External Reserve is growing daily. Now more than 50 billion dollars and still growing.

Balance of payments is positive consistently.

Economic growth is daily being recorded.

These are unprecedented .

Poverty level has increased to more than 50%

Insecurity is at an all time high

Kidnapping has become probably the most lucrative business in this economy

Inflation is still at double figures

Dollar is still twice the value it was when he took office

Electricity is nothing to write home we are now paying more for darkness

You said no more queue at filling stations- I laugh( if Nigerians) have you seen the price of fuel recently.

He has tried with electricity but every other thing has been absolute failure.

The problem I have with most people on this platform is you people do not understand that someone can actually be neutral- like have no affiliation with any party or politician- it is quite unphantomable to you lot.

When I mentioned the areas this administration is failing is because those are the areas that are most pressing and I do not like the nonchalant attitude they have been showing towards it.

Security is the primary responsibility of government in any country and any level- and any government that fails should really have no grounds to praise itself honestly.

Now to address you statement about being a sour loser- kindly go through any of my comments and see if I am one of those emotional obedient or whatever.

I am not an obedient, I am not part of city boy movement, I am it for atiku- I do not in my clear state of mind have any single iota of faith in any of those men to lead Nigeria right- my reason is what I mentioned earlier

None of them is going to end insecurity or even be sincere about the fight against it.

I grew up in a Nigeria where I a teenager one could travel from Lagos to Auchi, aghenebode by road, no smartphone but your parents where sure you would arrive home safely. You had to be super rich to worry about getting abducted on the highway but now even farmers are getting kidnapped

So forgive if I am not pleased with their achievements I was not born in the 90s or 2000s I lived in a once safer Nigeria- we traveled from south to the north regularly- the north was not these threatening but that is not the case in today’s reality.
