According to the appellate court, it could not review an issue that had not first been decided by the lower court. The judge further held that Mark’s claim that Justice Nwite refused the ex parte application was not borne out by the ruling read in open court.https://guardian.ng/politics/acourt-dismisses-david-marks-appeal-in-adc-leadership-dispute/

This is victory for democracy, you can't just hijacked and appoint yourself in various offices in a party you are not a member in the first place. Nafiu bala is ADC authentic national chairman. David mark, rauf , bolaji Abdullahi and other hijackers beware and keep off |

Agbadorians of the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway propaganda toilet newspapers are making themselves happy on this thread with clickbaits. No matter how hard Tinubu tries, he will have a very formidable opposition in 2027. |

press9jatv, leave ADC alone. There’s no crisis in ADC. Direct this energy toward explaining to Nigerians why Tinubu deserves a second term and why Nigerians should vote for him after he has failed so woefully, especially in providing constant electricity, which he himself promised to deliver. He even said that if he failed to provide constant electricity, Nigerians should not vote for him when he seeks re-election

Why blaming Tinubu? All what to be captain in a ship. It can't work that way. APC did not start like this. One needs to step down for other to achieve the aim. |

Tinibu wants only him to be on the ballot next year let's see how that will play out for him. I have never seen any nigerian politician that's so scared of even a little competition like tinibu the old man really lacks self confidence. |

MrMcJay:What are you even saying. We should be looking for how to support them to save us from the current demons. So assuming they just sit in their house and doing nothing... Who loses more? We won't have any hope. Rather than lamenting,... Decide how to support them. The guy is in court being frustrated by the judiciary and APC. You think it's easy ![]() |

What is actually going on in Nigeria political space?. Why is the failed APC government doing everything to scuttle democracy in Nigeria?. Yesterday it was LP, because PETER OBI was in the party, since OBI left LP no more crises, no more court cases, no more Inec hanky panky over the party. Now PETER OBI has joined ADC flimsy court cases here and there. I don't understand how an individual not a part of the party leadership can suddenly declare himself or be declared by some charlatans and yet recognized by court and Inec as a chairman of the party. Save Nigeria's democracy is now a Clarion call |

yarimo:This is very sad indeed, they never star and then this. It is common sense that if you just joined a party you need to be patient and then get moving slowly. |

swimmer:Advise them to do the right thing from the beginning. APC that they are trying to copy didn't start like this. ADC is not serious. No authentic membership register. No ward, local government and state congresses. No national convention. Every position is interim. The law doesn't recognize this in choosing electable leaders. Rather than sit down and put their house in order they are busy criticizing every action of the government without providing alternatives. They don't even have the spread. How many of their offices have you seen? If PDP can resolve their leadership problems they are better prepared than the coalition of confusion. After the election they will start shouting rigging. How can you pass exam without adequate preparation? Only noise everywhere. |

Politics is about interest, David Mark and other leaders within the party are showing Nigerian that they can't really unite different interest groups. For me I don't see why this case should be in court. Call the aggrieved parties, sit together and iron things out. Sometimes concessions have to be made, which is part of politics. |
