I don't think anything is going to change.

The United States will fail in getting a regime change, they might weaken Iran but that's the best they're going to get.

Iran on the other hand will have it's economy shocked and suffer multiple casualties and try to re project their power across the region.

Nothing major is going to happen.

The Iranians have been self sufficient for almost 50 yrs of full sanction so this won't be anything new to them.
