Finally a Nairalander who understands all the dynamics at play. When a retired American Veteran first said America cannot defeat Iran I thought he was crazy but because he has been in Iraq he understood America will not want to fight the same way with putting soldiers on the ground. I am neither pro iran or pro america to be honest, i didn't even understand why isreal was slaughtering Palestinian and why Hezbollah was a thing and the link to Iran until i took a good time to read, i actually thought iran was a sponsor of ISIS which would have been justified, then i looked at the so called terrorism like planes blown up in the 80s n others that were linked to the IRGC etc and viola i found that for each incident, the USA had previously either mistakenly shot down an Iranian aircraft with 200plus passangers... So iran is basically giving then a revenge response and then they label then terrorists because they have the guts to do back.

Now the october 7th 2022 attack is a retaliation for the assassination of Qasami solemai in 2020 by the same Trump.
