I suppose I could just dive right into watching it without feeling the need to go back and view season one to catch up on the plot and character developments. What are your thoughts on this approach? It's among one of the upcoming dramas already in watchlist.

Season 1 started great but the last few episodes were terrible and I don't think they'll actually continue the story in like a linear fashion so I think you can just jump straight into season 2

Finally finished boyfriend on demand. It was a silly little drama and I enjoyed it. I like that it's a cliche romcom making fun of cliche romcoms lol and I like that even though the tone is supposed to be light it still managed to portray some life lessons. I especially loved episode 3? Where she had to say goodbye to her first love. I loved the cast, enjoyed the cheesy story and omo this is probably the first romance drama I'm watching in years where the main leads did not have to part for years for some rubbish reason before coming back together lol I hate it when dramas do that thing so on that issue alone this drama rates high for me 🤣. By the way, the colleagues of the main leads are probably the dumbest colleagues in dramas ever. In every office romance where people date secretly, their colleagues always catch them but these ones from beginning to the end they didn't suspect anything. H for haigoo. Even when the leads tried to confess, they didn't believe they were dating lmao I can't. Anyway enjoyed the drama and looking forward to the next role jisoo picks

Lol I guess at the end of the day, we'll find out she actually fell in love with sunwoo chan and not her dead boyfriend. She said it was shortly after they started dating he traveled, it's possible they were just getting to know each other and feelings wasn't that deep yet, I think chatting with sunwoo chan and getting the pen from him was what made her fall in love. I won't be surprised if her saying I love you on the phone before she traveled was the first time she actually said I love you to the guy (as in the dead guy)

I've been looking forward to it cos my baby Kim minju finally got a lead role 💃💃 I've been praying for this since izone disbanded. chae jong hyeop was first offered the lead role but he rejected it probably because filming was going to clash with in your radiant season. then rowoon was offered the lead but he preferred to go into the military. Jr finally accepted the role and I'm happy cos they are 2 of my favorite idols turned actors. for now the story is a proper first love drama with all the awkwardness, mistakes, happiness and everything that comes with it. I'm curious to see where the story takes us cos right now I have no idea what direction the story is going, I just hope it doesn't get boring along the way.

Mr "brings up marriage during a first date because he's at the age of dating seriously" kisses someone but can't even talk about it 🙄 aunty kuma is behaving like some clueless 12 year old just letting the wind take her wherever it blows. both of them are over thinkers, throw the 2 of them away biko🤣. I know he only wanted to see her about work but he saw another man and got threatened and suddenly brought up the kiss topic. Again throw this dude into the trashcan 🤣. So all this while I thought the bodybuilding best friend would be gay lmao turns out he's super straight. it's funny that they have a mutual friend and don't even know. life is funny sha, they met on their own and got attracted to each other, if uri female lead had introduced them on like a blind date or something, they might not have been interested in each other o. this life sef

When mina said she wasn't going to be joining ioi reunion, I really thought it was because she probably has a drama schedule conflicting but now I'm seeing that ioi's official account unfollowed her on Instagram and I'm just like 🫣 I hope this is just her vs agency thing and not that there's any actual beef between the girlies. She's one of my favorite members in the group so I'm really sad she's basically no longer a member. Oh well, maybe she's just over the idol lifestyle and wants to focus on only acting.

JYP has resigned as director of JYP 🤣 he's now just going to be an artist/mentor 🧐 lol now who do I curse whenever I'm unsatisfied with any JYP group 🤣

I hope it's not that sujin and hyeokchan were in some suicide pact club or something cos why is it that the memory of their couple bracelet is always with danger. first it's the blood on the floor, then them in the hospital and now a can of flammable waste. I hope they weren't trying to kill themselves sha. why is uri coo so sorry about their parents being dead, he started working with their family as a high school student, then he became a driver, wasn't he too young to be a driver? I'm not sure when people can get driving licenses in Korea 🤷 19? Anyway, he obviously wasn't the one driving when the accident happened. does he feel guilty for not being the one to drive them, maybe he thinks if he drove they wouldn't die? I Honestly don't know what his deal is.

‎Yep I'm still not loving any of the main characters in the practical guide to love. At least the male lead is now stepping up and showing his feelings but omo does it have to be this hard🤣 again the drama is realistic cos it's harder to jump into dating for the purposes of marriage when you're older especially when you've been single for a while sef but there's just something annoying about how extra slow they are. Now he probably wanted to profess love or whatever and his mother has come to interrupt lol. I do not like the female lead acting like she doesn't know what she wants and letting people's actions push her about. if you like Mr carpenter act like it. Acting like she doesn't know the 2nd male lead is also into her and forming fake friendship with him mtcheww. Also Mr 2nd male lead, if you like the girl ask her out instead of just hovering around her acting like her boyfriend. Plus the 2 male leads bickering with each other when none of them was dating her yet was annoying to watch. All in all, like the story, couldn't care less about the characters and I hope to God there's some character growth for everyone

‎Is it me or is still shining unnecessarily sad 🙄 I love sad dramas but I just feel like this one is being sad without good reason 🤷 first of all these are just kids but they have a lot of baggage on them. Taeseo lost his parents early, his grandparents are old and poor, brother bullied cos of an accident. He had to take up all kinds of jobs to survive. I don't get his character, was he doing those things cos he needed to help his family or does he not just have any ambition for himself. Left a good job to become a train operator, did he do it so he can always have time to go home and check on his family? but he rarely ever goes home so I don't get it, then turns out his mom was a train driver. did he get the job to be like his mom? I Honestly do not understand his motives and why he's so sad all the time. female lead's dad suffered depression and tried to kill himself, I'm guessing he's dead right now. the girl went away to pursue a job that makes her happy. 10 years later, she's back and moping about sad all the time. even taeseo's brother, why has he been confined to the village. I mean he's not totally crippled, pretty sure he could have resumed school or get a job in the city. is he just there to look after the grandparents all these years? is he really content and happy being there while everyone moves on? I don't know, I feel like the drama is trying too hard to be this deep melancholic drama. Apart from all this, yoh the way my girl broke up with my boy was awful 🤣 I get that they barely had time to see each other cos they were both busy and I love that she found something she was passionate about but she made him come from Seoul to see her and she didn't even have the decency to let him know she moved out of her father's house, couldn't even break up with him in person but over the phone and he even called her first tsk tsk I did not like that at all. And what? she still liked him and always thought of him 🙄 and 10 years later they're still into each other and probably didn't date anyone else 🙄 spare me please 🤣

‎Still shining continues to be unnecessarily melancholic as far as I'm concerned. at least they didn't lie that the main leads remained single for the 10 years they broke up but then again the relationships they had can't even be called a relationship lol. the first time huiseo decided to be bold enough to leave their village is the same day his grandmother collapses. you see what I'm saying about unnecessarily sad, now how is the boy going to be able to move on in life if he keeps fearing that his grandparents will die in his absence. oga male and female lead are back to dating but they still have a lot of issues making them perpetually sad nna I never see this kain thing before. annoyingly jinyoung and minju are so good at their roles and I love them so much and I'm enjoying watching them even though the drama makes me want to scream

I'd like to assume the family members of his clients usually get monetary compensation and then pay him from it but they've not said anything about him making money so I'm wondering if he's just doing all this wahala for free. Also, so far he's been possessed by nice victims, what happens if he gets possessed by an evil ghost lol

Kim Young dae announced enlistment suddenly there's rumors that he's dating April's naeun because people saw them hanging out. Their agencies have both denied saying that they're just friends and I kinda believe it. Both of them have worked on the same drama together and it makes sense that they'll be friends. When people enlist, they are gone for almost 2 years so a lot of people spend time hanging with their friends before they go so I can totally see them hanging out as a "goodbye, enjoy enlistment" kind of thing. Funny enough I love the 2 leads but the main reason I'm looking forward to the drama is cos of the 2nd female lead gong seung Yeon. I have missed my baby girl. Still shining continues to be unnecessarily depressing. Uri female lead is probably the most spoilt and selfish person I've seen in a while. ‎Just last week I wondered what would happen if uri phantom lawyer gets possessed by an evil ghost and this week yys complained about his ghost clients being tender hearted lol you better enjoy it.by the way last week I thought esom and her "boss" could be step siblings but we saw her father this week so I guess not, except if she was adopted or something.meanwhile it kills me how the reverend father can literally just walk in and out of their house and his office 😂 at this point, he's a family member.
