We can't sign anybody for good nine months so those Brazil and Argentina boys will rest small then the suspended ban for the first team is if epl catch us breaking more rules within those two years we will have a one year transfer ban for the first team. They will still pay a fine of £10m.

How are the two situations even remotely similar? Chelsea under BlueCo uncovered those fraudulent transactions and practices from the Roman Abramovich era and voluntarily reported them to the Premier League and UEFA. The club cooperated fully and accepted responsibility for any wrongdoing. The FA didn’t come after us, we reported ourselves.

City have done the exact opposite. They took the Fa to Court.
