in as much as you trying to be in legal right in what you are saying. I guess u didn't watch the part where he zoomed in the ladies sandal.. That's not posting yourself and yes insulting does not necessarily means legal action.. But defamation can warrant legal action calling someone oloriburuku can not evoke a legal action because you can't prove whose head /destiny that's if it exists is good or bad.. I believe there's a thing about sharing people's videos without their consent. Also, if you had seen that video, you'd realize that he insulted her. Badly. Even if she loses the case for sharing without her consent, there's also the emotional trauma and reputational damage she can claim resulting from that video.
