This is a win for all Nigerians who've faced police brutality. It's a victory for those who've had their devices seized and never returned, and for those who've seen their phones smashed on the ground to cover up police misconduct. Lemme go abd get a copy if the judgement and have it handy. e get why |

QuinQQ:Police in uniform is a public servant but you have no right to film a private citizen and put it on social media, public media or internet without his or her consent, you are invading his or her privacy and there is a law against it now. |

Is it only the Police, abi those combine squads of Military, Policy, Ebube agu and so on(Tiger base Aba/Owerri federal Road at Ọkpụala) are they include? The artrocities those one's are commiting it too, much and need to be recorded. what they are doing to youth along that Road is very terrible, if they could nt get money from you they will take you to Enugu from there and most time people they took away from there don't return back home. |

Hangulsaram:Generally speaking you have a RIGHT to film ANYBODY in a public space (where, of course, there is no reasonable expectation of privacy). You have a right to film them NOT because they are Police, but because they are in a public space! |
