On a game like this, I miss FDJ. He would have provided some calm in the MF alongside Pedri. There’s a lot on pressure and press on Pedri by NwC. If FDJ was on the field it would have given Pedri some room.. a midfield trio of FDJ, Pedri and Bernal would have been perfect to execute this game.

That's why we should be taking our chances since we don't have depth like Newcastle. Gavi just came back from a relapse. Bringing in early in this high intensity game might not be good for him. Joao Garcia should perform better

Lewandowski did the right thing there. If he had chipped the ball, the goalkeeper would have caught it easily. As a Striker, when you're in that kind of position, the best option is a one touch finish to the far corner and that's exactly what Lewandowski did.

Unfortunately, Dan Burn the Giant blocked the shot with his long legs. I can't blame
Lewa on this one.
