The NLNG Trainee 103 induction is part of their VIBES empowerment programme, which is focused on entrepreneurship and community development. It’s essentially a CSR initiative and is separate from our Graduate Trainee recruitment process so no panic its not the first time theyre doing it. Airko: |

Patience is not just waiting—it’s trusting that your effort will meet its reward at the right time. The journey toward the NLNG assessment centre may feel long, but every moment of waiting is preparing you for what’s ahead. Stay focused, stay ready, and don’t lose confidence in yourself. You’ve come this far because you are capable, and no opportunity meant for you will pass you by. While you wait, keep sharpening your mind, strengthening your determination, and believing that your invitation is on the way. Remember, great things don’t come to those who rush—they come to those who are prepared and persistent. Your time is coming. Stay strong, stay hopeful, and be ready to step forward when the invitation arrives. |

As much as I'm patient and have my own projected date for the Assessment Centre emails to be around the first week of April, if I don't see mails this week as faceoftheweb stated, you'll stand in the courtroom for questioning sir. Thank you and God bless. ![]() |

If you had looked at my statement properly, you would have noticed the part where I wrote "I would want to confirm it first". Well guys, I'm sorry for the false alarm, it turned out that the person was bored. Jobbernath: |

| Re: NLNG Recruitment 2025/2026 by Michaaaa19: 3:31pm On Mar 18 |
I think it’s best to just expect the mails by monthend/1st week of April. It’s much more likely than this week. My own thoughts though. |
| Re: NLNG Recruitment 2025/2026 by JobsLever: 6:58pm On Mar 18 |
Assessment Center takes two to six weeks after the aptitude test in most cases, sometimes it may extend to one to three months, depending on internal processes. |

“Bad” as it may sound, the recent “activity” on Qatar Gas is good news. Hopefully “we” can meet the shortfall arising from that “activity”. 22m mtpa is really too small for “us”. Train 7 needs to be online like yesterday. Hopefully AC news comes soon for you guys. I’m reading that the “activity” took out 17% of Qatar LNG, approximately 12.5m tons per year. That’s huge!

Mark05:2007 GTs I believe had a ball compared to 2013/2107. I don’t recall anyone getting a relocation allowance for those that got deployed to Bonny in the 2013/2017 set. |
| Re: NLNG Recruitment 2025/2026 by airsaylongcome: 1:15pm On Mar 19 |
UcBren:Sadly so. The way “it” is working hard for acceptance ehn, we probably should just “accept it” for peace and quiet |

How long does it take from when AC mails are sent to the AC date itself? More like.. how long do we have to prepare for AC from when mails are sent airsaylongcome: |
| Re: NLNG Recruitment 2025/2026 by JobsLever: 3:05pm On Mar 19 |
Yamskii:Based on feedback from candidates who have gone through the NLNG recruitment process, the time between receiving the Assessment Center invitation email and the actual assessment is usually quite short—typically between one and three weeks. Here’s what you should know: 1. Assessment Center Invitation Email When NLNG sends out the invitation email, it usually includes everything you need: your login credentials, instructions, the venue (if it’s a physical assessment), the date, and the time of your Assessment Center. 2. Preparation Window Once the invitation is sent, most candidates have one to three weeks to prepare. Some candidates have even reported getting as little as one week’s notice, so it’s important to be ready to start preparing quickly. 3. Assessment Center Date NLNG usually organizes multiple batches on different dates, so your exact Assessment Center date may vary depending on your batch. Tips to Make the Most of Your Preparation Time 1. Practice case studies and group exercises A lot of candidates use the Assessment Center study material to get ready. You can access it here: https://selar.com/nlngassessmentcenter 2. Brush up on NLNG corporate knowledge Learn about their history, operations, and core values. This can really give you an edge during group discussions or interviews. 3. Get your documents ready Make sure all your identification and credentials are organized and ready to go before the screening day. Because the notice period is usually short, many candidates start preparing right after completing the NLNG Aptitude Test, so they’re not caught off guard when the invitation email arrives. |

Yamskii:My experience is completely different from the last one and this one mainly because our recruitment lasted 4 years! So while it would be tone-deaf on my part, I sometimes chuckle when I read you guys grumble about the suspense. Ours was beyond suspense. It was a complete pause for long periods, and there were rumours that it almost got called off. Story for another day. That aside, like UcBren, I speculate that invites will start coming in early in April and AC would start in May. Emphasis on SPECULATE. The basis of my speculation is based on some information I saw on the SHL website which I’m purposely being vague about (make I no go raise una hope unnecessarily lol). Be that as it may, my advice is to keep preparing. Worst that happens is someone doesn’t get called up, but you would have gained some knowledge all the same. Personally, I’d rather have something and not need it, than need something and not have it |

Yamskii:lol! Welcome. I don’t remember who it was (might have been Nimora), but that person advised guest readers to register a handle ahead of time. Cos that 7 day wait can be gruelling. Talking about “it”, it will be part of the experience and talking points when GTs eventually get hired. Most of you will be running commentaries on your first meet: “Do you remember how ‘it’? And how airsaylongcome and ‘it’ “fought”?” It’s going to be hilarious. So take all of this as part of the recruitment experience. Every set had major talking points, and I expect that “it” will be a major talking point for this set of GTs. |

I’ve been following the thread as a guest for the past couple of days. Interesting insight I must say! There are a ton of regular followers who never say “pim”. I kept monitoring the “Viewing this thread” at the bottom (based on a comment UcBren had previously made). Crowd, and I mean CROWD read/follow the thread without saying a word. In some way it’s is sad, because I get a lot of email requests from people. And I speculate that many of them are related to this thread. But without a post history, I’m unable to place where they are coming from, so I ignore. To everyone that has tried to reach out by email, hopefully you now know why I don’t respond. I literally cannot tell why you are reaching out. You don’t have to be loud or anything, but a small contribution is always nice. There’s a moniker I always see, and I want to give them a shout out: their moniker ends with “Guyman”. I see you bruv. Drop a word or two on the thread if you feel up to it. I literally love your moniker but I won’t call you out in full. |

Someone is talking of “login credentials” for AC! AC oooooooo! Not aptitude test!!! To current and future candidates, please do due diligence before relying on any so-called source of information |
