If you can’t build systems to compete with your peers in the normal, you will still fail in the abnormal.

If a country can’t build non nuclear capabilities to contend with other nations, it will still fail in a nuclear conflict if it possesses them.


Eg. Israel has the capacity to battle with even extraterrestrial aliens, then imagine if a country now tries them with nukes. It will be grave. They will still overcome. Iran just learnt that lesson.
