I’m currently working on a real estate platform focused on helping agents, agencies and developers in Nigeria list properties and connect with serious buyers.

The platform is already live, and I’ve started running ads and getting some traffic, but I’m now looking for someone who understands online marketing and can help grow visibility and reach the right audience.

I’m not just looking for random promotion — I’m interested in someone who understands things like:

– Online advertising (forums, social media, etc.)
– Targeting the right audience
– Driving real users, not just traffic

Ideally, I’d like to work with someone who:

– Has experience with digital marketing or audience growth
– Is creative with ideas on how to reach agents, agencies and developers
– Is willing to grow with a product long-term

This could be a paid arrangement or a collaboration depending on the value you bring.

I’ll use the keyword planner, contents makers, google trends, Semrush and LSI keywords to build the content that suits the niche; then 301 redirects for link building. Then, you wait few weeks for rankings and engagement.

Not plug and play. A steady follow up of the impressions on GSC is necessary to monitor growths.
