Angels are neither Male or Female.

but during interaction with humans, they only took male forms and never female form. I might be wrong though.

Yes,you are right, but from Biblical perspective, Angels appear to humans as male form and bears muscular names, in other words,i will say humans have only perceived Angels has male, but when you read the ministry of Angels from other text, religion or practice, they argue that angels are both male and female.
From my own believe and experience, Angels are spirits, just as they possess bodies,they take up the form they possessed, they can appears as both male or female.

When God said:

“Let us make man in our image" Genesis 1:26

He created only Adam it was later that God said:

“It is not good for the man to continue to be alone. I am going to make a helper for him, as a complement of him.” Genesis 2:18

So God and all heavenly beings are masculine not feminine!

However, can we count how many times we have experience things that we know if we tell people it would sound funny?

It is part of living and that is why the bible passes the standard of Truth especially as you yourself even used the word "some things".

There are feminine Angels.

I once had a revelation of a guardian angel and she is female.

However there's a scripture definition of a female angels:

“Then lifted I up mine eyes, and looked, and, behold, there came out two women, and the wind was in their wings; for they had wings like the wings of a stork: and they lifted up the ephah between the earth and the heaven.”
— Zechariah 5:9 (KJV)

Nothing like feminine angels or even masculine angels at that. What we have is angels capable of taking human form. Did any come down as a woman? Not visions. I mean real transformation like the one Lot experienced in "sodium and gonorrhoea".
