You are 100% correct as per 13th month & allowances. I was told it's confidential. But you have done justice to it. I can't say if the new salary approved have been implemented. So the 400k salary might be right

The quarterly allowance is your salary multiply by four. You get it every 3months..You can't compare a revenue generating agency with DSS. Though DSS is getting better under the new leadership.

Please, i need someone to enlighten me more about National inland waterways authority.(Niwa). I tried to find anyone working in that agency but still I couldn't not find anyone. And is the slot worth 2.5M considering their salary and welfare. Please someone should help me, it's urgent!!. PLEASE
